My loving God, I thank You for the gift of life and for creating me in Your love. I thank You for the eyes You have given me, through which I can see the beauty and challenges of the world around me. I thank You for my ears that help me hear voices, sounds, and words both joyful and difficult.
I thank You for the nose You gave me, allowing me to recognize every fragrance and scent. I thank You for my hands that help me work, serve, and accomplish many tasks each day. I thank You for my feet that carry me wherever I need to go and help me walk through life’s journey.
I thank You, Lord, for the wisdom and understanding You have placed in my mind, enabling me to think and make good decisions. I thank You for the heart beating within me, faithfully giving life to my whole body. I thank You for the kidneys and every organ You created within me, each working in its own special way to keep me alive and healthy.
Above all, I thank You for every part of my body and every blessing You have given me. Help me always to appreciate the value of these gifts, so that I may continually praise, honor, and thank You all the days of my life. "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." (Psalm 139:14)
